FAQ, Insurance & Cancellation

Any person who has served within the Military is eligible to compete in the Veteran Games. Competitors may be former or current serving personnel, Australian or overseas.

Teams are 8 competitors. The Team Captain registers the team and team name first, then manages check in and communications on the weekend. The Finals are capped at 25 teams.

We have obtained Public Liability coverage to ensure the safety and protection of all attendees. All stalls and vendors must hold their own Public Liability insurance and provide proof of coverage prior to the event. We also recommend personal insurance to protect against unforeseen accidents and travel insurance for interstate teams.

If for some reason, including Force Majeure, the Veteran Games must be cancelled, all competitors and supporters will be notified immediately. Registrations automatically carry forward to the following year and full refunds will be provided to any competitors that choose to withdraw as a result of the cancellation.

Every activity is scored on Time, Technique and Teamwork. The team with the strongest combined performance across the weekend takes the title.
